Refund Policy

Before we file your request

You can ask for a full refund at any time before we file your request with the government.

After we file your request

Once your request has been filed we have started the work and the government is processing it, so we cannot refund the fee unless we made a mistake or could not complete the request.

If we cannot complete your request

If we are unable to file your request, for example because the details you gave cannot be matched or the signed consent form is never returned, we refund the fee.

How to ask

Email hi@gcmsnotesfile.ca with your order reference. We reply with the outcome. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with.

A small card-processing charge may not be returnable by the payment provider.
